This scripture is so powerful(Isaiah 43:19). It is God telling everyone that we should see, God is doing a new thing. Not that He has done. He is doing. This implies or shows continuity. It shows God is and would continue doing a new thing.He then declares that he is making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland. This implies that He would make the impossible possible and make a way where there seems to be no way. We however need to see and perceive those new things. We also need to forget the past and not dwell on it to enable God do new things and make the impossible in our lives.
Our God is “Way maker,Miracle Worker,Promise Keeper,Light in the darkness”.
