“Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the LORD our God. They are brought to their knees and fall, but we rise up and stand firm”
Psalm 20:7-8.
In today’s world, many of us are struggling with fear as circumstances seem to be worsening. Feelings of hopelessness and helplessness can overwhelm us. In times of crisis, our faith may waver, and we forget that when God calls us, He provides for us and is always faithful. Perhaps the psalmist was wrestling with fear too when he wrote, “When I am afraid, I will put my trust in You” Psalm 56:3.
Too often, we turn to people for help, when, in reality, we should turn to God. No person’s care for you can compare to God’s deep love and unwavering commitment to you. He knows what’s best for you and is always by your side.
God bless you abundantly.
