Psalm 23:4

“Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.”

Mark 4:39–41

“He got up, rebuked the wind and said to the waves, ‘Quiet! Be still!’ Then the wind died down and it was completely calm. He said to His disciples, ‘Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith?’”

Hebrews 13:5

“Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.”

Romans 8:28

“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.”

God is good all the time, and all the time, God is good. He is good when life is hard, when storms rage, and even when we walk through the valley of the shadow of death. His goodness is not defined by our circumstances but by His unchanging nature. Having God in your boat doesn’t mean you’ll never face storms—it means no storm can sink your boat, because Jesus is with you. When you walk in faith, you never walk alone, for His presence goes before you and surrounds you. Trust His goodness, even in the chaos, and you’ll find peace that surpasses understanding.

Prayer: Lord, thank You for Your constant presence and unfailing goodness. When life feels uncertain and storms rise around me, help me to fix my eyes on You and not the waves. Strengthen my faith to trust Your plan, knowing that You are working all things for my good. Amen.

Faith Declaration: God is in control of my life. I will not be shaken by storms or fear, for His hand upholds me and His love surrounds me. I declare that His goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life, and His peace will rule my heart.

Even in your darkest valley, God’s goodness still shines. The storm may roar, but His voice still whispers, “Peace, be still.” Hold on—your Shepherd is near, guiding you through every trial. What feels like chaos today will soon reveal His perfect peace and unshakable love. God bless you abundantly.
