“But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.” Isaiah 40:31

When life feels heavy and exhausting, remember that your strength does not have to come from within you alone. God renews your strength in ways you could never create by yourself. In your weakest moments, His power becomes your source of endurance, lifting you up when you feel like you can’t go any further.

Like an eagle rising above the storm, God calls you to rise above your struggles. The winds that seem to push against you are the very ones He can use to lift you higher. Even when everything feels uncertain, He is working to give you the strength to keep moving forward.

There will be seasons when the journey feels slow, and progress seems invisible. You may feel tired, discouraged, or even ready to give up. But God’s promise remains true—you will not grow weary, and you will not faint. He sees your effort, your faith, and your perseverance.

Hold on to hope. Keep trusting Him even when the path is unclear. He is sustaining you every step of the way, strengthening your spirit, and carrying you through every challenge you face. What feels heavy today will not break you—God is making you stronger through it.

Keep going. Keep trusting. Your strength is being renewed.

PRAYER FOR STRENGTH: Heavenly Father, Thank You for being our source of strength in every season. When we feel weak and weary, remind us that You are our strength and our refuge. Lift us above our struggles and help us to rise like eagles, trusting in Your power.

Renew our hearts, restore our energy, and give us the endurance to keep moving forward. Help us not to lose hope, but to hold on to Your promises with faith and confidence.

Carry us through every challenge and fill us with Your peace. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
