You Don’t Have to Carry It Alone.God will carry you.

Life can sometimes feel heavy. Worries about the future, responsibilities, and unanswered questions can quietly build up, leaving your heart tired and your mind restless. But God never intended for you to carry these burdens alone.

He lovingly invites you to bring everything to Him. Not just the big concerns, but even the small details that weigh on your heart. Nothing is too insignificant or too overwhelming for God. He cares deeply about you and every part of your life.

When you hold onto worry, it drains your peace. But when you release those worries into God’s hands, something powerful happens—His peace begins to take their place. You may not have all the answers, but you have the assurance that God is in control and working for your good.

Sometimes we feel like we must figure everything out on our own. But God is your provider, your guide, and your strength. He knows what you need before you even ask. When you trust Him, you can rest knowing that He is taking care of what concerns you.

God’s presence brings comfort in the middle of uncertainty. He sustains you when you feel weak, strengthens you when you feel overwhelmed, and guides you when the path is unclear.

Today, lay your burdens before Him. Let go of the weight you have been carrying and rest in His presence. You are not alone—God is with you, and He cares for you.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, I bring my worries and burdens to You today. Help me to release them into Your hands and trust that You care for me. Fill my heart with Your peace and guide me through every situation. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Today’s Challenge : Write down the worries you are carrying today. One by one, bring them to God in prayer and release them into His hands. When anxious thoughts return, remind yourself that God cares for you. Choose to trust Him throughout the day and allow His peace to guard your heart and mind.
