We all make plans, set goals, and dream of how life should unfold. But ultimately, it’s the Lord who directs our journey. He sees the full picture, while we only see a part. Even when things don’t go as we expect, we can rest in the truth that God is guiding our steps for our good and His glory.

When life feels uncertain and our plans seem to fall apart, it’s easy to become discouraged. But Proverbs 16:9 reminds us that while we may plan our way, it is God who lovingly and wisely directs our steps. Every delay, closed door, and unexpected turn is not a mistake—it is divine orchestration. The Lord knows exactly where you need to be and how to get you there. He’s not only concerned with the destination but with shaping your heart along the journey. Let go of the need to control every outcome, and instead, lean into God’s peace. Trust that He is aligning every detail, working behind the scenes, and walking beside you. What He has prepared for you is greater than what you could ever imagine. Keep moving forward with confidence, knowing that even your missteps are being redirected by a faithful God who loves you beyond measure.

Sometimes detours are divine. What feels like a setback may actually be God’s setup for something greater. Trust His leading even when the path is unclear.

Prayer:
Father, thank You for being the One who guides my steps. Help me to surrender my plans to You and trust Your timing. Even when I don’t understand, I know You’re leading me on the right path. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
