Blessed to Be a God’s Blessings.

Joseph was not raised from the prison simply to wear royal clothes, enjoy recognition, or hold a powerful position. God placed something significant in Joseph’s hands because lives would eventually be preserved through him.

The prison was not the end of Joseph’s story, but neither was the palace simply about Joseph’s personal success. When God elevated him, He also gave him responsibility. The wisdom, authority, and opportunity Joseph received became instruments through which others were helped during a devastating famine.

This gives us an important question to ask whenever God places something in our hands:

“Who can I bless through this?”

Perhaps God has given you an opportunity, position, talent, financial provision, knowledge, influence, experience, or testimony. It may seem small compared with what someone else has, but never underestimate what God can accomplish through something surrendered to Him.

God’s blessings are not always meant to stop with us.

Sometimes God opens a door for you because someone else will eventually walk through a difficult season and need what you have learned. The struggle you survived may become encouragement for someone who is struggling today. The comfort God gave you may become comfort you can share. The opportunity you receive may allow you to create opportunities for others.

Even painful seasons can develop compassion. Joseph understood rejection, injustice, waiting, and uncertainty. Later, God used him in a position where his decisions affected countless lives.

Your difficult seasons do not have to be wasted.

When God lifts you, remember those you can lift. When He provides for you, look for someone you can help. When He gives you knowledge, teach someone. When He gives you influence, use it with humility. When He gives you a testimony, share hope with someone who needs to hear it.

And when God entrusts you with greater responsibility, never allow the blessing to make you forget the One who gave it.

Success becomes more meaningful when it becomes service.

Do not ask only, “What has God given me?” Ask, “Lord, how can what You have given me become a blessing to someone else?”

You may discover that part of the purpose behind your journey was never only about you.

Bible Verse : “God sent me before you to preserve for you a remnant in the earth, and to save you alive by a great deliverance.” Genesis 45:7.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for everything You have placed in my hands. Help me never become so focused on receiving blessings that I forget the responsibility of being a blessing. Show me how to use my opportunities, resources, abilities, experiences, and testimony for Your glory and for the good of others. Keep my heart humble when You open doors for me, and give me compassion to remember those who need encouragement and support. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Today’s Challenge: Look at what God has already placed in your hands. It may be your time, knowledge, encouragement, resources, connections, experience, or simply the ability to listen.

Ask God, “Who can I bless with what You have given me?”

Then act. Encourage someone. Help where you can. Share what you know. Open a door for another person. Pray for someone who is struggling.

WHEN GOD LIFTS YOU, REMEMBER THOSE YOU CAN LIFT.

LET YOUR BLESSING BECOME SOMEONE ELSE’S ANSWERED PRAYER.
