When God Says, “Wait”

Waiting can be one of the most difficult seasons of life. When we pray, hope, and long for something, yet see no immediate change, it’s easy to grow weary. But God’s delays are not His denials. When He asks us to wait, it’s not to withhold blessings but to prepare us for them. He is working behind the scenes, aligning everything for His perfect timing.

“Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.” Psalm 27:14

Instead of growing impatient, trust that He is shaping you, refining your character, and strengthening your faith. The waiting season is not wasted—it is a time of growth, preparation, and divine alignment.

Prayer:

Lord, help me to trust You in the waiting. Strengthen my heart, deepen my faith, and remind me that Your timing is perfect. Even when I don’t understand, I choose to believe that You are working all things for my good. Prepare me for what You have in store, and give me patience to wait with hope. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

God bless you abundantly.
