“See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.” Isaiah 43:19
“The LORD will fight for you; you need only to be still.” Exodus 14:14
God will make a way where there seems to be no way. In the toughest of situations, this seems to be God’s specialty—and aren’t you thankful? God has it all figured out, so we don’t have to worry. He’s working on our behalf even when we can’t see it all. He has a plan and purpose in whatever we walk through and can cut a clear pathway through anything.
In seemingly hopeless situations, where we can’t see any way out, God’s power has the opportunity to shine the greatest. It’s in those moments—when we come to the end of ourselves, when we know we can’t depend on our own abilities, on anything we have, or anyone we know—that we are reminded we are totally and completely reliant on Him. Those are the most powerful times of all. He can make a way through the wilderness and cause streams to rise up, bringing refreshing—even in desert seasons. He’s the God of miracles. He never changes. For He’s the same yesterday, today, and forever.
Let this truth sink deep: Your impossibility is God’s opportunity. His ways are higher, His plans are perfect, and His timing is flawless.
Declaration :God is making a way for me—even when I can’t see it. He is opening doors no one can shut, and His miracle is in motion.
Prayer :Heavenly Father, thank You for being the God who makes a way when there is no way. In times when I feel trapped, discouraged, or unsure, help me to trust Your plan and believe in Your power. Lead me through the wilderness, and refresh my soul even in dry seasons. I surrender my fears to You and rest in the truth that You are working behind the scenes. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
God bless you abundantly.
He’s not finished with your story—and the way is already being made.
