Resurrection Sunday Devotional: From the Grave to Glory, Forever and Ever
He is risen! Resurrection Sunday is the glorious reminder that the grave could not hold our Savior. What began in sorrow on Friday ended in triumph on Sunday. Jesus rose in power, defeating death, sin, and darkness forever. The stone was rolled away, not to let Jesus out—but to let us in, to witness His victory!
From the grave to glory, Jesus rose so we could rise too—into new life, into purpose, into hope that never dies. The resurrection is not just a past event—it’s a present reality. He lives, and because He lives, we can face today, tomorrow, and eternity with confidence.
Let today be a celebration of the One who conquered the grave and brought us from darkness into light. You are forgiven. You are free. You are victorious in Christ!
Scripture: “He is not here; He has risen, just as He said.” Matthew 28:6
Prayer:
Risen Savior, thank You for the cross, and thank You even more for the empty tomb. Today I celebrate Your victory and my new life in You. Help me to live with resurrection power and reflect Your glory in all I do. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Declaration:
Jesus is alive! From the grave to glory, forever and ever—He reigns!
God bless you abundantly.
