It’s easy to get caught looking backward—replaying past mistakes, regrets, or missed opportunities. But God never calls you to live in the past. Instead, He calls you to fix your eyes on Him and move forward in hope! 

Isaiah 43:18-19: “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing!” 

God is constantly working to create something new and beautiful in your life.

When you focus on the past, it can weigh you down with shame or discouragement. But when you look ahead with hope in God, you will find strength, renewal, and peace. He is the God who redeems, restores, and brings fresh beginnings. The enemy wants to trap you in regret, but God is calling you to freedom and purpose.

Today, choose to release yesterday’s burdens and embrace the future God has prepared for you. He has you in the palm of His hand, and His plans for you are filled with hope.

Prayer:

Lord, help me to release the regrets of yesterday. Strengthen my faith so I can walk boldly into the future You have for me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
