Recover What’s Left.God will restore everything the enemy tried to steal. God be with you.
“And David inquired of the Lord, ‘Shall I pursue this raiding party? Will I overtake them?’ ‘Pursue them,’ He answered. ‘You will certainly overtake them and succeed in the rescue.’” 1 Samuel 30:8
Life has a way of knocking us down—unexpected loss, betrayal, missed opportunities, or even seasons where everything feels stolen. But here’s the truth: God is the God of restoration. He can give you the strength and grace to recover not only what was lost, but even more than you imagined.
Like David at Ziklag, you may be looking at ruins. But don’t give up and don’t quit. Instead, ask God for direction. When David sought God, he received a word: “Pursue, overtake, and recover all.” That same word is yours today. God can help you fight for what’s left, even if all you have is a small spark of faith.
You are not forgotten, and this is not the end. Your comeback will be greater than your setback, and God will restore everything the enemy tried to steal—your peace, your purpose, your joy, and your future.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You that You are the God who restores. Even when life feels broken or empty, I trust that You are working behind the scenes to bring healing, renewal, and victory. Give me the grace to fight for what’s left and the faith to believe You will restore it all. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Reflection: You may feel worn out, but God says “pursue.” He will help you recover and redeem everything for His glory. God bless you abundantly.
