“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” Psalm 46:1
God can take care of you no matter what comes against you. No matter how big the problem is, and no matter how long you have been carrying it, His strength is greater. If your heart is troubled, weary, or overwhelmed and you don’t know where else to turn, remember: Jesus is there for you. His arms are open wide. His peace surpasses understanding, and His grace is sufficient for every burden you bear.
You are not alone. You are not abandoned. You are deeply loved and powerfully held by the One who calms the storms and mends the brokenhearted. Trust Him—He is your safe place, your refuge, your strength in every season.
Declare today: God is my refuge and my strength. I will not fear, for He is my very present help. I am not alone—He is with me, and He is fighting for me.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for being my refuge and my strength. When troubles rise, help me run to You first. Calm my heart when it feels heavy, and remind me that Your help is always near. Strengthen my faith to trust in Your perfect timing and Your mighty power. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
God bless you abundantly.
